Since hitting its high 1-26-13, we've seen constant selling even though the housing picture hasn't changed - only the assumption that it can't last forever. I say that it's still got plenty of steam left especially with the Fed promising endless bucks to prop up low interest rates. Somewhere down the line the bubble will burst but I don't see it in the near future. It's been hard to get this stock on an upward trend because of constant resistance all the way along. Eventually, it'll dissipate and return to an upside trend. Keep the faith.
if you ask me, PHM has weathered an average earnings report fairly well. PHM not dropping below 19. I'll give it another week before I hop in to let the dust settle so to speak, from what I've read in the past there well position, not to overly extended.
