Phm will do 350 homes in metro detroit in 2013 and they are not even the largest builder here
I see Pulte subs going strong all over Michigan. In fact , some are expanding on yet to be developed property because of demand.
In Michigan, Pulte's headquarters, permits for new construction are up over 42% from last year at this point and the weather has not been conducive to even thinking about building .
Keep in mind what Pulte and Pulte stock are capable of doing under favorable conditions.
They are selling them as fast as they can build them in the Oakhurst sub in Clarkston, MI.
