Shares of Coach (COH) and Michael Kors (KORS) moved higher after L'Oréal (LRLCY) said on the company's earnings call that the luxury business is doing "really well" in China. L'Oréal CEO Jean-Paul Agon also said luxury business in the U.S. is extremely good, according to Bloomberg's coverage of the conference call.
That's what I tried to say the other day. Retail in China is fine. And the US is really doing well... aside from the number and bull market, you can just feel it even when you're out and about. More people eating out at restaurants. Job offers out of no where. Economy is better. US retail will continue to improve imo.
