There are 4 million more shares outstanding than the nominal float. 8% short interest. 99% of ONXX held by institutions. The counterfeit shares sold by shorts (they never owned them), accounting for the great majority of the excess shares outstanding, need to be bought at last. The institutions didn't buy to trade - they are mostly investors. Shorts are discovering the real value of ONXX. Shares can be bought but a price that will have them licking their wounds for a while to come. Will be fun to watch the impact on PPS.
