Well, you're right about something, Larry. Azimuth isn't the one selling shares right now. That isn't part of the plan. Azimuth will be the contolling shareholder when the dust settles and will have a seat on the board. It's only a matter of time after that.
Disclaimers of course. But I've been there, done that. Several times. The current long suffering shareholders are being expended/expelled like a long-held breath of hot air.
It's only 2% of the outstanding shares, not including the shelf registrations.
Half a million shares may sound like much, but it isn't really a lot...until the new shelf registrations arrives. Keep in mind the reverse split will knock down that half million to maybe 10% of that number.
