Stock trading within a 1 or 2 cents range with above average volumes. I saw that many times, it looks like either a fund or the company itself is slowly accumulating while keeping the price under control.
it looks like a larger fund is selling out, because the stock seemed stuck around 2.95 today. My guess is that Blueridge is selling as they have significantly reduced their holding in the last quarter. If they completely liquidate, we are stuck at this level for another 6 month, no level of buying by the company can drive up the stock if a fund aims to liquidate more than 10 million shares.
if XIN is buying and Blueridge is selling then we are in the best possible scenario, since XIN management knows more than Blueridge do, plus it reduces the number of outstanding shares. Moreover if this exchange of shares between them keeps the price down, that is great as well, since we can keep adding at very cheap prices
