that was the same reply I got from shelly and hhhm when, 3 months ago, i forecasted 130-140 M net income in 2012. Only a few weeks later XIN management revised up its 2012 net income forecast to... guess what? USD130-140M. I say now USD160M net in 2012 as there was one time tax provision release of $26M. Provide your forecast and let us see who gets closer.
Planning to add whenever I can and hold until it gets to 1 year fw P/E of 10, whatever the share price might be at that time. That does not mean I would sell everything I have and invest all in XIN. That would be stupid, regardless of how undervalued the company is. Anyway you are skipping the question. What do you think will 2012 rev and net income be?
