Unlike many other stocks, XIN is barely moved by good news. It rarely opens 20% higher. It could be a good example for people in the business school to write a thesis about how inefficient the stock market can be. Very likely, XIN is highly manipulated, unless some huge unfavorable insider information is already reflected into the current stock price.
