I believe midpoint guidance was around $0.26/share for Q4. Since that earnings CC guidance, the real estate market in China remained strong...should not be too hard to beat that number. January was especially strong...so Q1 2013 may not be as weak as I thought it would be...and they raised the dividend soon after that.
I very much agree with you that earnings guidance will be an easy beat. There are no valid reasons I've seen to think otherwise. Guidance was soft balled & real estate did great, so it should beat doubly so!!!
I think that earnings will be easily over 30 cents per share. There is one new project supposed to be up for pre-sales in Q1, which will help with inventory. By Q3 lots of new inventory will start to come available and earnings will really start ricking.
