He is just bashing this stock to try to get a low entry point if what I am guessing is right. But this stock might not get much lower unless there's a crash in China, either in the housing market or in the whole economy. But I trust that the leadership in China will be able to deal with any possible storms. 35 years of continuous rapid growth is not a coincidence.
Now back to Xin. I can only hope that they have some big investment plans when they transfer some 60m back to China when they have piles of cash already. Now they have signed agreements with Zhengzhou and Jinan government entities. I believe total investment of both of the projects is on the order of billion usd. It is just not known how much of a share Xin has among the total.
Those two "urban complex" projects are aligned well with their plan to go commercial and have an investment trust go public in a few years. That's all fine. But I am still a bit troubled by the fact that besides these two projects they haven't bought any land yet. I hope they will soon. Otherwise we'll see a project gap just like the one we see now.
Why didn't you just write, 'Once upon a time', because your post makes no sense. The stock has continuously been in the 4's since February. You don't short a stock at it low's, you short it at it's highs.
