What are they building their own little village?
Have you done the math at all on this, just an estimate of course? I'd say we're looking at
one massive loan or huge dilution when they come with a shelf offering.
Jinan has one of the lowest price increases of about 7% (up to 2 years ago) while Tier 1
it's been 20 to 30%. Is the company planning for those kind of increases by the time they are
