Guidance of $20-$30 million net-income. I think they'll easily beat earnings estimate. On average they've beaten by about 30% over the last 6 quarters (over their own guidance). They also have 2 large active projects (Suzhou XIN City that was only 15% as of the 3rd Quarter, and Zhengzhou XIN City that was only 12% sold as of the 3rd Quarter). These 2 projects accounted for 40% of the net-income in Q3, and both projects still have a lot to go.
Also, it's worth-noting Xinyuan has laid the groundwork for 5 new projects just in the last few months.
I think this company's Stock is massively under-valued.
XIN keeps their guidance low(conservative)....as they should. The question is...how much did they count on the Beijing project for any earnings/revenues in Q4? How many shares will they use for EPS calculations...around 78 million or around 90 million? These questions are important for traders.
More important questions for investors are......what is guidance for Q1 and year 2014? What is the dividend? How many shares were bought back? Where is XIN heading WRT international projects? Commercial projects? Other rumored projects? What will XIN do to address the absurdly low valuation?
