Either way this is not good for UPS because

....either way this is not good for UPS and at an all time high it makes it an even worse time to buy, which can only mean one thing, it is time to sell and maybe buy back later....this is going to cost UPS no matter how you look at it....a good time to sell at this high level.

    • I've posted this on a few other posts, but this is not a systemic issue. This is a management and a cultural problem. I've worked many inclement weather operations and peaks at WP. A service failure years ago was equivalent to death. Now...... Let's just say, it's a different culture at the company.

      • 20 year vet--I had to reply to you because what you said is so true. First let me say no one works harder than UPS people. But UPS cares less about service now than they did in the past. In my center 900 parcels were brought back 2 weeks before Christmas!! Why? Understaffed. Not enough drivers!! Center managers and district managers want to run it so lean (to make themselves look good?) then when there is too much volume you can't get it off. Drivers were out past 10 at night!! Talk about service failure.Good company, good pay but they work you like a dog and always want more. They are losing touch with their customers. Remember when you could talk to them for a minute sometimes??!!! No one seems happy there anymore and thats bad because a unhappy employee is not your best employee. Things need to change at UPS.
