Being sincere here..as you know Paul and the boys and you are one of the largest stockholders we know here on this baord, did you or have you thought about calling management at all? I would assume they would take your call being you had the opportunity to get to know them?
no problem hfb, I didn't take anything negative away from your post and had rated it 5-stars. Anyway, it's just fine to be challenged. I try very hard to look at both sides of the coin and to be balanced and measured in my posts, but sometimes my message becomes "watered down" and it might be difficult to extract the point I'm trying to make if I equivocate too much. Such is probably the case with my posts on financing today.
The only think I could find on AUGT web site was the May 31 10Q. Most companies do not publish monthly financials, only quarterly. Please give us a link to this magic 3M in cash as of July.
In they did have 3M in July, that means they are cash netural from operations or not paying their payables.
ifly, I guess you didn't see my posts yesterday. I called Augme's offices in NYC and the call went directly to voice mail. I left a message for Paul Arena, and got a call back from Ted O'Donnell, VP of Finance about an hour or so later. He said that "Augme knew about the Yahoo ruling, and that they would do whatever is necessary to create shareholder value now and in the future. Augme feels comfortable with the legal process and will continue to pursue all avenues necessary to create SH value." I pushed and probed for more, but was unsuccessful in getting any more substantive info.
Iffy...nice try. Trying to drag him out from under his rock? We all know jason is not connected whatsoever to Arena, etc. I doubt he owns anywhere near the number of shares he purports to...if any at all.
He looks pretty silly these days.
Now there is the pot calling the kettle black, lol! I am silly because I believe that even without the IP, which I still have faith in BTW (though I was very disappointed in yesterday's ruling), HC is worth at least $2.70 per share today.
I was at the SH meeting, I shared what I heard about the current run rate and HC's progress, and I am confident in Arena's and Braiker's ability to grow HC, in spite of yesterday's setback on the IP side of the business.
BTW, did u ever answer xtj's question as to whether or not you were at the SH meeting?
