Yes, Ted Nugent should be in jail, but for child molestation. He should be ignored for everything else.
And yes, Rand Paul talking about civil war is treason.
Someone should remind the gun nuts that their reason for civil war is the same reason that we had the last civil war: slavery. The 2nd Amendment was ratified to appease slave states, who didn't want their militias disbanded by the feds, because the militias were responsible for keeping martial order over the millions of slaves that the south had and the north wanted freed. Gun nuttery is the last uncured symptom of slaveholding culture.
So in answer to your question: you shoot anyone who puts a Confederate flag on anything.
I think there are very few in the US today that feel ALL guns should be removed. I certainly don't. I have a rifle and a shotgun for hunting and a .22 for varmints. Had a hand gun (Beretta 9 mm) for protection but sold it a few years ago as it sat unused for so many years.
We all have a Constitutional right to bear arms. This is necessary for many reasons, some of which are outlined in the 2nd Amendment. What kind of arms did the Congress have in mind when they wrote the 2nd amendment? Certainly not the kind of weaponry that the gun extremists today have in mind. Assault weapons? AA-12 Fully Automatic Shotguns? RPGs? Hell, if they could afford it, some would have their own F-18 Hornets. I'm exaggerating here, for affect, but my point is "where do you draw the line"? If these weapons are available to a few extremists or enthusiasts in the US, then they will become available to the masses. Not what I want to see.

It will be about slavery next time also when the socialist now in power take the biggest percentage of working people's money to redistribute to those who won't work.
There are no socialists in power in the US and only a small fraction of people in any country who will not work. Voluntarily not working is not a choice non-wealthy People can make. This is true in all countries, including the two or three socialist ones.
By the way, the culture that causes you to be focused on people who do not want to work is the old slave culture, when overseers needed to force slaveS to work in order to steal their labor from them.
Jp, your focus on people who wont work might be based on your own outlook. Knowing that if you could 'get away' with not working, you would not work makes you think that everyone else would not work as well.
You sir are very ignorant of American history. The 2nd amendment is there specifically because the founding fathers wanted to protect the people from oppressive governemnts like the one they just overthrew. If more people took the time to read and understand the Federalist Papers we wouldn't have so many idiots voting for Democrats with no real understanding of what made America great (and what is now making it mediocre).
No, the 2nd Amendment is there because the Federal government had no intention of creating a standing army and wanted the people eligible for militia duty to be armed and proficient with their weapons. It says "state" instead of "nation" only because the southern states didn't want the federal government disarming state militias (which were also used as slave patrols) when the inevitable happened and the federal government would have to come in to end slavery. The myth of the Constitution protecting the right to revolt, hunt, self-protect, etc. is how we got into this mess.
Grow up. A gun is not a defensive weapon. More guns is an invitation to more gun deaths regardless of crime rates. You do not have the right to shoot at the federal agents when they come to disarm you, because when they do that it will be because they have a warrant and you are going to jail.
Stop listening to the NRA. It is lying to you.
I'll bite ... what did make America great? Maybe it was the fact that slavery was acceptable per the Constitution, and Blacks were considered 3/5's of a person. We got a lot of use out of that for 70 years or so. BTW, does the Tea Party support a return to slavery?
