I do think the mid-twenty's would be an out of sector 'collapse 4 AGNC'. But for u 2 reply "Michaelsonofabitch,
You are an idiot"
Is also 'out of sector (ur demeanor)'. That is more like an 'mm' response!
I am thinking some of that beat-up u hv rcvd (attack posts)-------may be dragging on U?
Just to let you know__I hv taken some of ur #$%$ and been looking at them with a different entry/exit philosophy. More of a 'Money Flow' calc.
Do what you want, and good luck.
You reall should do some homework first.
Go to Yahoo "Interactive Charts"
The 5 day chart:NLY is DOWN on AGNC about 1.37%.
The 1mth.:NLY is DOWN on AGNC about 1.4%.
The 3mth. chart:AGNC's advantage over NLY is negligible.
The 6mth.:NLY is DOWN on AGNC about 1%.
The 1yr. chart: AGNC is UP on NLY around 11%!
There's OVER 22.% difference between NLY and AGNC,
and that's not counting dividends.
Dividends are a who'nother story.
NLY doesn't and hasn't had the yield that AGNC has and has had.
The really bad part is every time NLY's yield rises(byits share price falling!).
NLY reduces its dividend.
NLY has reduced its dividend FIVE TIMES since the summer of 2011,
possibly its heyday(combined pps and div.).
Have a good weekend,
NLY ? I hope a lot of fools sell so I can buy on the cheap but NLY. AGNC has out performed NLY in every way that I care about and as for leverage all MREIT's use it. As long as they are properly hedged there should be no problems.
