SunLink has now sold 2 hospitals within the last year, having gone from 7 to 5. Any comments why? A company should grow itself not shrink. Will it also reduce top management in terms of numbered personnel? If not their overhead costs will continue to be out of line.
the officers are making their money. i owned 15,000 sh in 2000,bought at 99cents. sold when it hit 10.50 on the same type rumor that never happened. took the money and ran. the book value used to be more than the cap.
your money is probably lost unless some one buys it.
This stock is completely driven by their debt. If they can refinance the stock will go up. If they cannot they may be forced to liquidate. The good news is insiders were forced to buy equity as part of the loan agreement so they will at least fighting for us. I am buying cautiously here and hoping for the debt to role and maybe their business benefit from the healthcare reform.
