    This is a company

whose products are ahead of its end markets, and there is little the company can do about that fact. They appear to be taking all the other steps they can {aside from selling the company}, which is reducing costs, establishing distribution channels/partners, and positioning their products as the medical devices to be used in future procedures.

The question is whether they will be able to outlast their cash burn before their end markets are more established and they can get to break even and beyond. I would ask -at what cost to shareholders to go that route and at what risk?

Personally, I strongly feel it is in the best interest of the shareholders if the company were put up for sale {seek strategic alternatives}. I would think they could easily get $3+ dollars per share, and possibly higher. Of course, this would mean unemployment for some if not most at the company. So, unfortunately, I doubt they will do what's right for shareholders.
