What do you mean by "just received"? Do you mean "just" as in Nov. 29, 2012? Or do you mean Dec. 31, 2012? I'm looking at the patent docs, and the latest date I can find is Dec. 17, 2012, which is on the international status report.
This patent moves ROSG beyond cancer and into the preventive medicine field. The below HF overview is from slide 11, ROSG Corporate Overview presentation, dated Dec 2012:
