    What kind of bullshit is this. When a CEO can't use plain English, they're trying to make things look better than they are. This company has been repositioned from a has-been industry conept to a almost has-been concept by a "great" conceptualizer.

    What waste of that wonderful real-estate. I bought this company because it carries a block of every major downtown on its books at 1915 prices. By the time mr wonderful's capital expansion is done, that will be mortgaged off for a fading shopping concept (theme stores) with no more actual intellectual capital (we don't own nike) than a silly latin name.

    Mr farrah's real color shine, and they aren't the ones he earned one decade ago.
