CVGI was ranked #76 on Business Week's Hot Growth List. But something at the end of the write-up didn't make much sense to me. Link to the article can be found on main CVGI page of Yahoo Finance.
Excerpt: "But CVG's good fortunes may be slowing. Big truck sales are forecast to drop significantly in 2007, when new air pollution limits go into effect."
Huh? Seems to me goods will still need to get from point A to point B in 2007. If not by truck, how? Plus, if trucking companies are forced to shelve their current truck fleet because it's not up to 2007 pollution standards, wouldn't that increase demand for truck production rather than decrease it?
New to this stock. I would appreciate any insights.
