The mechanisms that perpetuated the hyper inflation in real estate, nationwide, was perfected by Vail Resorts. Whether it's Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, etc, the prices are HYPER HELIUM INFLATED. There is no RATIONALITY in the pricing. Prices need to come down dramatically.
I'm not making short-term estimates. The REALITY is -- SUMMIT AND EAGLE COUNTY is a DEAD ZONE -- The forests are DESTROYED by PINE BEETLE INFESTATION. And, prices have been HYPER INFLATED by the real estate establishment in the mountains there for 20-30 years.
