Interestingly, it appears that Jameson management has stopped providing the company's owners with monthly ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR numbers.
Any idea why they have stopped releasing this data?
It seems like the prospective sharholders in the proposed quasi-IPO (the massive secondary offering) would find this kind of info to be particularly relevant.
Why is the company attempting to raise nearly $80 million in fresh equity while simultaneously reducing the quality and timeliness of financial reporting?
Not only have they stopped releasing monthly operating data, the company has also changes the manner in which it releases its income statements..... eliminating virtually all detail with respect to expense categories.
Stock appears to be in a support mode by bankers who will do the 50,000,000 share issue at 2.25. I believe its illegal at this time but will check with my Senator. The SEC acts faster when they get a query from a Senator versus a citizen. Can't trust any bankers/brokers in this GREED environment.
