They just bought a company for 100 million that generates 20 million in profits a year. No way BK. What I would be worried about is dulition if cash is low.
correction - they paid 100mil for a company that generated 11 mil in rev with very little in sales pipeline - and so much dilution in the marketplace.whomever made that decision should be tarred and feathered.

Cash is low...they just borrowed $20 million. Sounds like it'll be broken apart...and sold off in pieces.
Please learn to read a balance sheet and then come back.
