It was staggeringly even higher than double dilution, approx 133% new shares issued v number previously-
11,261,190 placing shares (as warrants) on top of 8,400,000 which were on the market beforehand. That's one of the biggest I've seen to date!
I'll buy a few in here, but want in below public offering level of defacto $1.11, which I think is very much possible. Before anyone says "sub $1.00 not going to happen", how many small cap shares have you seen fall below placing level short term after a public offering. In my experience it has to be 2/3 or so? Rhetorical question.
It really does suck to be a long term investor in these small cap companies. (I've been there and learned from the experience). It's all a timing game, assuming you believe in the product. Something I'm still checking out with DARA (current offerings and potential of KNR5500). Sales are nominal right now and I really question if 20 new sales staff will increase this level 20 fold.
That said, I know the market will spike if a partner comes in for KNR5500. That's the carrot I'm interested in
