well, i would have to suggest that cue announced that there would be new initiatives in january. instead she redecorated the lobby. but she is already a millionaire form free stock, so she can afford to decorate the lobby, instead of running a business. must be nice.
i the last conference call i believe she referred to january announcement(s). but i understand, it can be very complex to add a soda flavor. it can take years of work and research. it can involve hundreds of people working in a finely choreographed ballet. it does not really matter actually. new flavors are the same thing as hanging pictures in the lobby. for me it is another failed expectation from this failing company. i would have thought they would have been very aggressive in fixing the problems.
i am still hopeful, but i think they need different talent with a different apparent work ethic. a different attitude about building a brand and a company. i do not believe the board and executives have much real conviction that jones will do well. unless i missed the insider purchases.
