    All this unemployment

How do you know they are worthless? What is the real reason they are striking? Maybe if you knew the answer to that question, you may have a different opionion. Anyone that makes comments about the ambition, knowledge industriouness of workers because they are Union does not have a working knowledge of the workplace. I have worked in both Union and Non Union plants and there are lazy people in both sites and there are hard workers in both sites.

    • For the second time Lena, and try thinking real HARD this time; in non-union you fire the lazy idiots. In union shops they are protected.

I am VERY anti union because they are run by idiots who are only interested in self serving at the EXPENSE of the workers.

Why don't unions actually stand for something!!!! Really!

      - The UNION Fires any worker who is late twice in a quarter!
      - The UNION Fires any worker who takes drugs or shows up intoxicated, the first time!
      - The UNION Requires continuing education.
      - The UNION meets with management once per quarter with ideas for efficiency.
      - ETC.

Companies would welcome unions. But all union leadership wants is dues, and HISTORY has proven they are more than willing to through the workers under the bus to be tough guys.

Can ANY of you union workers name even 4 or 5 companies that have been decertified???? No, not ever.

Union membership has declined to almost nothing because union companies cannot compete long term and go out of business. Either the company as a whole goes under or they move the production to someplace else where they can focus on competing, not trying to placate workers that do not even like the company thaty pays their checks.
