Premier Brands is a consumer goods incubator in the business of creating, acquiring and marketing consumer packaged goods, primarily beverages and nutraceuticals, and selling them into supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores. Premier Brands owns and distributes consumer packaged goods, primarily beverages and nutraceuticals. The Company owns a portfolio of products under the brand name ZizZazz®. Zizzazz is a line of Energy Drinks, Sports Drinks and Vitamins all in powder format. The unique package called “Stix” are consumable straight from the stix or is easily mixed with one’s favorite cold beverage to make a great tasting energy drink. The ZizZazz product line includes ZizZazz Energy powder, ZizZazz Extreme Fitness Formula and KidsZazz vitamins for kids.
The Company specializes in the product development of consumer packaged goods focusing on food, beverages, vitamins, impulse buy items, and any other product a consumer would buy in a retail store or through direct response television (DRTV). Product development services include product design, research, package, pricing structure, costing, and manufacturing, marketing planning, and sales and distribution.
Products developed under the guidance of Premier Brands are sold in the U.S. and Mexico through an establish distribution network, and in other countries through importers and brokers. Retail distribution includes supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores, both national chains and independent stores.
