That's the first step in trying to fix this company IMO. The company can actually spend the retained earnings on improving operations. Now if Sherri can get the lawsuits resolved. The company can retain more cash (legal costs) and stop the bleeding even more. The dividend was nice, but I'd much rather have stock appreciation. You have to fix the company to do that. I don't think Fred Hassan will make another mistake twice. He would support selling the company first, this time around.
