AirBNB doesnt provide for a buyers option to pay hotel taxes etc AWAY does- and puts the monkey on the back of the transaction participants
AIR BNB gives the appearance of company that deliberately attempts to circumvent these taxes. Big difference. Compare LuxuryLink - they sell packaged travel and usually can allow for a lot of the hotel fees to be waved. Very clever, but AirBNB appears very vulnerable on this issue. Their entire business plan revolves round renter offering air mattress folded up in a closet as a way around the hotel taxes. Not so clever!
