Thought they said it pretty well...well funded start up company with $54 million in cash, good relationships...i think $20-25 is a fair price ...a venture fund would make an investment at $100 million valuation so you should feel lucky to have this opportunity if you believe that they have a future!!!!
BVSN has been around for 18 years now - the company was one of the hottest new economy stocks 12 years ago with revenues thrice as high as today. The bulk of todays tiny revenues are coming from legacy products and the cash balance is going down a few millions each quarter.
in light of declining cash levels the company should be valued at a discount to cash - I guess the price before the shameless NIA push was pretty fair and the stock will be back there in a couple of weeks.
