Based on the CC, I'm slightly more favorable .....

about the company and I'd say it might (and I stress might) be a speculative buy at $10.00 to $12.00, but I think one would be a fool to buy way up here at $20.00 ......

The company would need to post net income of $2 million for EPS of .44 and a P/E of 25 would price the stock at $11.00 and the company has a few quarters to go before they get anywhere near $2 million in net income.

    • January 12, 2012 shares of BVSN was well underway, and had already gained 120% since their last press release November 16, 2011. That’s a pretty big price increase on no news or updates whatsoever from the company

    • Time for folks to actually start putting pencil to paper here and actually use valuation metrics based on fundamentals to value the stock rather than using metrics derived by a convicted criminal. Still plenty of pain left on the downside.

    • It's very hard to make money on social network. Just like the searching market that only one or two market leaders dominated the sector and even you're third wheel like Yahoo still not doing good...

      • If Larry E throw some cash from his packet to get his neighbor, why not ORCL also get some social attention and can be in the so called search business. Just a thought.

      • Exactly... there are hundreds of social media websites.

Clearvale is just a modified opensource application called Elgg.

Any moron can hire a few programmers, download Elgg, and create a product like clearvale... meaning it is worthless and has no market power.

If you read their 10-Q they state that competition is intense and that it is becoming commonplace to give social media away for free.

All bad news for shareholders(bagholders). The product is worthless and will eventually drive them into bankruptcy.
