An immunomodulatory mechanism may have contributed to the effect of IFN-alpha/beta on white matter pathology because treated mice had higher anti-TMEV IgGs in serum and demonstrated decreased numbers of B and T lymphocytes infiltrating the central nervous system (CNS). There was no correlation between the level of anti- IFN-alpha/beta antibodies and the extent of demyelination or remyelination. These results indicate that the length of type I IFN treatment may have paradoxical effects on demyelination and remyelination. Copyright 2000 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
We have been in this business for more than 30 years and believe me when I tell you that nearly 30% of our trades do not work out as envisioned. We are dextrous, which helps limit losses, but the trader or investor who claims a success rate in excess of 80% is probably a fisherman.
