...Tysabri (and the combined cost savings) and ELN's 25% of Bap (for Alz.) that ELN has with JNJ and PFE and 25% ownership of ALKS, (Ampria connection, so savings there too). JNJ may have the first right to buy the Bap., but BIIB could make them pay up for it, or keep it for a possible real big payoff. BIIB shares are so high, and ELN's so low, and ELN's management (Kelly Martin)is truly hated so if need be a hostile would work. How about one share of ELN for six shares of ELN?? Any thoughts????
Of course I mean one share of BIIB for six shares of ELN. About $18 an ELN share which I think most ELN shareholders would go for. Of course the pie in the sky ones expecting Bap. to send ELN shares back to $37 next year would not, but I think most would take $18 now and be happy to hold BIIB with all of Tysabri and 25% of Bap., etc. and all else BIIB has going for it. Indeed then JNJ might just buy BIIB.
