The market makers are selling they are willing to sell you up to 31,400 shares at $7.50. Conversely, the bid $7.46 x 1500 means they are willing to buy up to 1500 of shares at $7.46. Now, these are after market close and the spreads tend to be much larger than during the trading day. Does putting 31400 shares out there for someone to buy tell you something of where the stock may go? Someone else may have a better explanation.
it doesn't give me much of an indication when the stock first hit $7.50 today there were over 80k shares offered and they blew through that in 60 seconds then the article of SA came out and it treaded water. AH volume is very low today and when it is that low I do not give it a lot of credence. Tomorrow is a new day and if the accumulator today is still accumulating it will continue up as more shorts scramble to cover. Short covering without major news is a slow steady process. I have seen some posts saying short interest has dropped 6m shares but i see no proof of that yet.
