The longer this delay goes on the more I think it's a scam. I just got to wonder when other drugs are getting appovals and denials and for some reason such as "scheduling conflict". I just dont know about this folks
Wow....sounds like we have a lot of longs getting really frustrated here?! Gee, I wonder why????
Dare you make a prediction on what day FDA approval will be and push my record up to 42-0??? hehe
Down 5.83% right now.....poor things....
My angst lies with the FDA. I understand all the excuses why the FDA is taking so long, short staffed, bogged down with paper work, government agency so just get used to their inefficacy, I get all that. But seriously! Take a half hour and try to come up with a timetable, a serious timetable as to when the results could be released. I don't care if the answer is in a week, a month, or 10 months just keep the investors and others that have interest in this stock updated. Doesn't seem to unreasonable of a request. I know I know, that's the government. Deal with it.
from google board:
"I analyzed this table http://www.nature.com/nrd/journal/v8/n1/extref/nrd2794-s1.pdf
(updated the pending ones, except Rotigotine, Prasugrel and Vigabatra
which are a bit tougher to determine what's their status) and
calculated average response time (including weekends, holidays, etc.).
- average = 91.5 days (3 months)
- median = 57 days (2 months)
- minimum = 10 days (0.3 months)
- maximum = 220 days (7.3 months)
- used numbers = 10, 18, 19, 23, 30, 42, 45, 56, 58, 61, 88, 92, 101,
154, 202, 214, 214, 220
most of them are approved, some need more data, very few are not approved."
I'm sure that Dr. Carter and others are willing to subject themselves to criminal prosecution under Sarbanes-Oxley just to shield the truth from everyone. Yeah, that makes sense.
Maybe the simpler and more plausible explanation is exactly what has already been given - that the FDA is back-logged especially on full NDAs for new molecular entities (NME). Ampligen is a completely new drug that treats a disease that is just now coming to be recognized by the medical community. I would expect that the FDA would take their time deciding how to proceed.
I know, you heard a tip from someone and bought a handful of shares @ $3.27, didn't do any research and now want to blame everyone else that you aren't a millionaire yet. Sorry that plan didn't work out for you.
Maybe you should get your head out of your ass. HEB hasn't produced anything worth marketing for 30+ years... they have tried to use Ampligen to cure everything from AIDS to Chronic Fatigue. A friend suggested I invest in this pos, but after researching it there is no way! Too many better buys out there.
The FDA don't Play***** it is coming. They need to review more. It is just taking a little longer. The longer the wait, the better the outcome. They are dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Ampligen will get approval soon.
