First of all, I didn't state that dilution will increase share price. Where in the heck was that in my post??? That would be ludicrous. Did you read it?
I understand that you have serious doubts about this company, which is totally understandable. I have questions myself, but I do believe there is a great deal of potential.
If in fact they do get approval of the additional shares (much in doubt here anyway, possible proxy issues), but those are only authorized shares, not issued shares at this point which is a totally different animal. If approved, I expect them to issue a limited number of shares, not all of the authorized shares.
The issuance of additional shares "Dilution" is kinda like the FU to shareholders of a company! In most cases with OTCBB companies it is!! Generally speaking, a company (i.e) OTCBB stocks have between 100m to 500m issued shares. Those that issue more should be considered very risky, as most don't have a viable product to begin with. (MSLP is AUTHORIZING SHARES, not ISSUING). This company has a marketable product and increased sales, as evidenced in Q1.
My sentiment is that if MSLP needs additional funding to increase sales, marketing, and achieve a path of success, so be it. It's not armaggedon to shareholders with additional shares. In fact, it may just be the beginning of what we've invested for, profit in our investment.
Obviously, as a shareholder I would like to see the status quo with outstanding shares. However, if it's needed, our investment will eventually benefit by that. I also expect corporate accountability in the event there are additional authorized and the pursuant issuance of shares.
Chris, I've read your posts and appreciate your prospective, as I have with others. Obviously we disagree but I'm open for further debate, as long as it's civil. Coach
