Is it apples & oranges to compare himax(google) glass to vuzix's?

Are they similar. I've got a feeling himax's(google) glass is much more advanced else the mkt. would be running vuzix's product up accordingly. Any opinions?

    • The real utility and money for augmented reality will be in enterprise, as SAP demonstrated last week at InsideAR in Munich. ‘The technology is here,’ says Metaio’s Brendan Scully. ‘It is just about partnerships and integration at this point.’

    • Check the video of Sita, they compare both products because they tested both glasses. He clearly mentioned that Google glasses don't make the job well. Kevin O Sullivan SITA Lab inside AR.

They tested to scan the airplane tickets and other documents with several requirements
Results: Not possible on google glass
Possible on M100 early model (six months ago)

Remember: Google for consumer and Vuzix for enterprise but you should check today's article that mention that AR will 'revolutionize maintenance and information transfer from MATAIO. The money is on enterprise, they are on the integration phase, and I think that VUZIX is leading this phase.
