    Another BIG pop coming!!

House passes biohazard preparation bill, sends to Obama
By Pete Kasperowicz - 03/04/13 06:53 PM ET

The House on Monday evening passed legislation that would reauthorize several programs meant to help develop medical countermeasures and take other steps to prepare for public health emergencies and biohazards, including possible terrorist attacks.

Members approved H.R. 307, the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Reauthorization Act, in a 370-28 vote. All of of the "no" votes came from Republicans.

The House had approved nearly identical legislation in early February. Last week, the Senate approved it with what Rep. Joe Pitts (R-Pa.) called "minor changes."

House passage sends the bill to the White House for President Obama's signature.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Biohazzards are the least of Obama's concerns. Chicago's murder rate for Feb. 2013 was 42 exceeding the St. Valentine's Day Massacre in 1929.(7 people that day bringing the monthly total to 29)

    • You know, one of these days one of these significant news items is gonna turn the tide for us. For the past year, we've been snake-bit....

      • I would not put it past the Obamanoid to try some Sequester Grand standing and send it back to the house..... Just so he can keep the three Full time Calligrapher's working in the whitehouse:

White House employs three calligraphers with combined salary of $277,050
Despite the closing the doors to public tours because of sequester cuts, the White House continues to employ three calligraphers, with the “chief calligrapher” making $96,725.

Patricia Blair, the chief calligrapher, has two deputies — Debra Brown, earning $85,953 and Richard Muffler, earning $94,372, The Weekly Standard reported.

The White House has made no announcement to scale back on calligraphers, despite sequester cuts.

Calligraphers are needed for the preparation of invitations, placards, citations and White House awards, created by hand, according to the White House.

        Way to go Hussein..............
