YOU nailed it? LOL! Since I've been posting $2.90 as the buy area for over a month now, to thumbs down by the dozen, that's certainly ironic? LOL....As an FYI..... I just bought 15k of this POS at $2.92 on a GTC order.
Why would someone give me a thumbs down for buying 15k shares of this stock at $2.92? Wouldn't a long want someone else to buy it, not sell it? I mean how dumb are some of the friggin longs here? Incredible.
Jay....FDA approval in 14 months? Where did you come up with that....which orifice? I thought it was more like 13.6 months, but I would be purely guessing. LOL!
Seriously man....You are clueless on the FDA process. Before you can get approval you have to submit a clinical trial design. Then you and the FDA have to agree on a trial design called a SPA. Can probably be animal studies in this case but it still has to be an accepted protocol. Thus far, Siga and the FDA have not come up with an acceptable trial design, or plan for a trial design, In fact, Siga may not even want to at this time as until they obtain FDA approval, all revenues from the BARDA contract can be classified as "deferred" as a condition of the contract has not been met. Thus PIP cannot get their hands on the money now, and if they never get FDA approval...perhaps never. The new judgment on damages might clear up that loophole however..
Golong, I really agreee with the SA author. The signs are strongly pointing to something going on. Like Pfizer buying SIGA or even BOTH companies. Look at the numbers. They could buy both companies, pay a nice premium, and dump all that overhead. They get the money and the coming money, plus all future re-orders. Something will happen in '14. There are just far too many biotechs who will see this opportunity and pounce...
