What qualified this company tp have such a high multiple? What is the growth rate over the next few years? Is Europe going to improve that muc? The management was only slightly encouraged by Europe, that it was not continuing to go down. The earnings projections have continued to be cut by the management. Before we go off on some wild ride, I want to see the earnings and by region and product line and hear some real up beat analysis form the CEO on the 3rd quarter conference call. Until then I think we have stretched this stock to the limit.
For now I am holding. I have a feeling we may be coming around here, especially since the management said that input or raw material costs were coming down. All great bull runs are preceded by a drop in commodity costs. If things do perk up, I will agree CMI can be a quick mover.
