Based on what I've read and my confidence in FMET's management, this seems like a good marriage and a growth avenue for FMET. They're not exactly paying a premium and there's a reasonable chance this deal never happens. To sell of 10% is rediculous
There are strong synergies between CRBC and FMER. That said, as a CRBC shareholder, I will do everything I can to stop the deal from closing. The price and deal structure are grossly unfair to CRBC shareholders. If FMER had offered a decent price and terms -- I'd be excited. So, if you are a FMER shareholder, you should be jumping at the opportunity to buy shares at this discount -- its a no lose situation. You win if the deal closes, you win if the deal tanks.
I recently sold my shares of crbc I bought pre reverse split. And planned on adding to my fmer.this is looking like a good level.wont average me up to bad. Hope you are right about the win win. Since I did take a hit fromm the top here.
