On all of the lawyers which are CONSTANTLY checking in here...

.....I don't think that I have ever seen this many law firms check into the investigation of one company before.

2.5 months of pretty much continuous firms showing up for an investigation. Crazy.
Does the company even have that many lawyers to handle what they might be facing?
Usually , it's not really that big of a deal, and it dies down within a month; but THIS is kind of nuts.

Certainly it's obvious that there are more lawyer headlines than there are company development headlines.
Not good, not good AT ALL. It's an unecessary distraction.

How is it that such a heavy-hitting CEO with all of that "experience" is NOT able to put a stop to this law firm nonsense???
Use some of that GSK "juice" and make all of that "noise" go away!

How come Earle Grey is just letting it build and build and get worse everyday???

Someone had better go into his office and poke hime with a stick and make sure that he is still alive or pinned beneath some huge pile of company money......

    • Chill out is my suggestion Raven. Nothing unusual and it's all SOP for the ambulance chasers as far as I'm concerned! In fact, unearthing a lead plaintiff from under some rock appears to be a problem being confronted with advertised reminders of days remaining to the now reached deadline. Probably the plaintiff list comprising the class action is all small retail (wouldn't at all be surprised to see a deadline extension PR highlighting the ambulance chasers desperation) From a cost standpoint, it's a class action that the company must defend itself, NOT 10 or 20 individual/separate litigations, hence the legal costs will be very manageable for DVAX.

Those currently invested in the stock aren't even remotely interested in a recycled play by play of what is now ancient history and not a breach of fiduciary duty anyway? Cheap advertising for the law firms is all I'm seeing!

More relevant is that the stock is a very good risk/reward bet on the long side at current valuation and I will post in detail why I think so when I feel more motivated to post it!

    • You obviously don't know what you are talking about. Our legal system will allow one law suit. They are still searching, because they haven't found a lead plaintiff yet.
