    schwab website down

    I couldn't log in for 45 minutes today, no message on their website, no message when you call the 800 #.. had to wait to get through to someone who acknowledged the problem.

    I also repeatedly have problems with the following error:

    Order Status

    An error has been detected. Please return to the previous screen and allow the page to fully load before proceeding. If errors persist, please call 800-435-4000 for assistance.

    I always have to hit the back button, reload and try again. I had talked with tech support when they first switched to the new platform & they acknowledged that they were working on the problem. The customer service person I spoke today had never heard of the problem before but suggested I talk with tech support. I'm not going to waste more time on the phone with Schwab. If they can detect an error & present a user with an error message, then surely they are logging the errors & they're aware of them.
