    New Insider Buys

Thank you for the G2. Hopefully it wasn't a situation where a bonus was issued with the caveat that certain funds were to be used to buy company shares as was widely reported for other larger institutions in the WSJ and elsewhere. I like OVLY very much. Right now, I'm not buying any stocks. I'd rather invest in real property. There are some terrific properties available and I am buying. Given the 50% haircut on Greek bonds I might want to go short on the Euro but I'd rather stick with more reliable investments such as real property. Stocks are too up and down, very volatile and unpredictable. It's best to stay with what you know and I know real estate. Are you buying any stocks? Do you think the Euro zone will disappear? I think Europe is in deep doo-doo and we could see a massive wave of emigration to the US but it might not happen right away. It could take 10 years to happen. Best of luck to you my friend.

    • I have sold many stocks because I was fortunate enough to buy most near October 3rd.

I still hold a number of above-average yielding blue chips such as EMR, INTC, JNJ, SVU, WY, and WMB as well as OVLY.

A very cheap small cap that I like fundamentally and technically is an electronic manufacturing services company that is profitable, has no debt, and sells well below its net current assets. It is Key Tronics (KTCC)currently trading at $4. Not as thinly traded and with consistent insider purchases by company insiders over many months as with OVLY.

Are you buying land companies like TRC or rental properties?

      • Thanks for the message. I am not buying TRC or rentals although I am not against either of those investment vehicles. I do not think I would ever buy shares of TRC due to what I see as some fundamental problems there, not dissimilar to CDZI in certain respects. In other words: High salaries, questionable direction/course, debts, legal issues. Certainly TRC has potential in the long term. What do you think about HES? Thanks again and good luck, my friend.
