Even intel and nvidia uses accounts receivable, not just AMD. In fact intel usually has over 3 billion in accounts receivables. All large companies do this.
For those who do not know what account receivables are, company A receives chips from company B in the 2nd quarter. The revenue is recognized in The 2nd quarter but the actual check is not received until the following quarter.
The basher is trying to make it look like AMD doing this is a bad thing but fails to mention that this practice is very common.
