Insiders purchase less than 3000 shares in last six months
I believe this says a great deal to all investors including myself.
The unit price is has been around the low for the last two years
and the insiders and management have not purchased any
units at this price other than the 2800 shares bought by one
I do not believe this is a good message to potential investors.
It is usually investor demand that raises share or unit price
in an investment and the decline in these shares all year and
lack of insider buying says a great deal unfortunately.
The yield minus the unit price decline over the last two years
results in a poor return for investors and management has
done nothing to change the dynamic. That also says a great
deal. To me the message is quite negative. Unfortunately
I purchased at higher prices and have seen no return in this
investment. What is most disturbing and probably is creating
a lack of new investor demand and therefore price appreciation
in the units is that management is doing nothing different to
rectify the matter.
