    The Think that I should...

not have posted some of my posts lately. I was thinking out loud and should have just kept my thoughts to myself. I do not know what CRUS will do this time around, but my experience has taught that they are very creative and when opportunities come forth they do take advantage.

A few years ago an opportunity came because they knew the future and they took away a third of the company. That same type of opportunity is now presenting itself what they do will be interesting to watch. Over the next 4 quarters they generate enough cash to close out the same kind of percentage that they did a few years ago.

I do not think that they will go private. The chances are zero in my mind. I am one that looks at every possible outcome that I can dream in making decisions and what that might do if it happens. It is just my nature. I should have kept these thoughts off the board. My apologies. And no I was not thinking about DELL when I wrote this, I was thinking about Seagate a few years ago.

    • Grade you don't have to apologize...actually the thought process for Crus going private
would be a good direction for the company.....Crus is a good company and doesn't
deserve some of the manipulation that is happening to its stock....having been involved
in M&A in my career and I doubt Crus would be bought....the idea of going private
would be a nice alternative but not sure they would go in that direction....but you never know

      Sentiment: Hold

    • Gro I was thinking the same thing could possibly happen and still might. I will feel a little more secure once the price goes back up. When price stays around these levels or lower, its not that far fetched to think they could entertain the thoughts of going private. Once price escalates that possibility lessens.
