Coke has phones that track their sales reps daily movement. Why so they stay on course. GPS tracking of sales people holds them accountable for the paycheck they earn. No doubt they have great sales people but sales people need to be lead.

That is certainly true, but I haven't had the impression that there are problems with the salespeople for Dex. It is the leadership itself that is lacking: failure to plan and execute an efficient integration, failure to articulate and lead toward a vision for the company and to define and gather the metrics necessary for success, failure envision a digital strategy and hire the design talent to produce salable platforms that generate revenue for customers, and failure to realize that they don't seem to be the folks required for the job at this point in the company's transition and to retire.
