Anybody else have this problem? I have been a member since April 12; three discs at a time. I have had three discs that were lost in the mail when I returned them. All three were mailed inside two different post offices. It really cheeses me because I have been shorted three movies because of the six-day wait to report missing discs. Any opinions or similar experiences. Three movies in five weeks seems a little excessive. Do postal employees steal them? Does NFLX "throttle" accounts by not crediting a returned film? I don't know what to make of this.
Yes,and if you close your account they'll charge you for the missing disk. I have heard that you can call them and explain that they are missing though. How many times are they going to let you do that?
